The Domestic Architecture of England During the Tudor Period

3 vols. SUBSCRIBER'S EDITION. Buckram edges have been sympathetically repaired. Although the issued title page is dated 1911, the prospectus to vols 1 and 2 indicates that they were published before 1909 and that vol. 3 was initially scheduled for publication in 1911. The three volumes contain in total 246 pages of text and 180 plates comprising both photographs and architectural details - these plates are rather confusingly mixed across the three volumes, but they are complete; the title pages to volumes one and two were issued with volume 3; volume 3 also contains a complete list of subscribers. Very nice set
